I'm so grateful to have found this space to live. The amenities are always clean, the office is always available to help, and the location is one of the trendiest in the city. There are numerous cafes, bars, hot yoga, and cross-fit options nearby. I've lived here for three years and highly recommend this building. The amenities, location, and staff are all wonderful.

Superb location in the southwest of Montreal! The area is mostly quiet. As for the building, it is very secure (which I appreciated from the start). For example, you and your guests are the only ones who can access your residence floor by elevator. There's also a pretty good parcel and concierge service that gives you peace of mind, especially when you're in trouble. The management team is really great! She is present at the usual office hours and on Fridays a little later. It is possible to interact with them in person at any time. Always listening and in solution mode when necessary! In short, everything is done to make you feel confident. This building is one of the most beautiful spaces in which I have lived, I must say that it feels really good. The neighbors are discreet and always very polite.

It’s been much more than we expected to live in L'onyx. The building is new, and our well-decorated apartment with useful amenities and a beautiful terrace, that my dog truly loves. Everything is in perfect condition, besides, every time I needed the administration, they were super helpful and solved my requests, without any problem.
Very nice neighbourhood to live in, and the building is close to markets, subway, buses on the corner, and many bars and restaurants around. For sure it's an excellent place to live.

After a long search for new condos, In L'Onyx we found an excellent apartment with useful amenities, very well decorated, and at a fair price. My girlfriend and I were delighted with its distribution (the efficiency of the spaces makes it feel bigger). For us, it has become a benchmark that it is more important to find a well-designed, cozy space with an excellent distribution than only considering its square meters.
Here are several of the advantages that we would like to share to help others make a better decision:1.- Excellent rental price.
2.- Building with almost a year of construction, so everything works perfectly and it's in excellent condition.
3.- Nice decoration and beautiful architecture.
4.- A wonderful terrace, coworking space or lounge room, and gym.
5.- It is located a few blocks from the Montreal Canal, which is a spectacular place to go for a run or ride a bike.
6.- It has a bicycle storage place or if you don't have one, Bixi is one block away.
7.- In an area full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and several means of transportation.
